What an incredible 250th birthday for our nation!

THANK YOU, CRESCENT BAR!

What an incredible celebration of our nation’s 250th birthday! This wasn’t just another event — it was our **biggest Fourth of July weekend event ever**, featuring the **biggest fireworks show in our history**, and by many accounts from concertgoers, **the best overall show experience we’ve ever put on**. From the moment Santa Poco kicked things off to the final firework fading into the night sky, this was a night Crescent Bar won’t forget.

And here’s something truly special: the Dean James Band had so much fun with our crowd that they came back on stage **during the fireworks** to perform an extra, unplanned set — just because the energy was too good to stop. That’s not something that happens everywhere. It says everything about how unique this community and its people are, and it’s part of why **Quincy, Washington** is named as a stop on **Dean James’s 2026 World Tour** apparel. Our little corner of the world is officially on the map.

None of this would have been possible without so many amazing people.

**A very special thank you to Bryan Greene, Tom Park, Shonna Lerma, and Christie Gilbert** — your tireless dedication, planning, and heart behind the scenes are the reason this event happened at all. This event is a direct reflection of your hard work, and we are endlessly grateful for you.

**To the rest of our GCBA team** — thank you for the countless hours of planning and hard work that made this event possible.

**To our sponsors:**

🎇 A huge thank you to **Finally Happy**, our fireworks sponsor, for helping us deliver the biggest fireworks show in our history.

🎸 To the **Van Wyk family** — your generosity made it possible to fly the Dean James band in all the way from Nashville. Thank you for helping us bring incredible talent to Crescent Bar.

⛵ To **Bob Feil & Motors**, our season sponsor — your ongoing support is what allows us to put on quality events like this all year long. We couldn’t do it without you.

⚡ To **Grant County PUD** — thank you for the space to safely set up and launch our fireworks show.

**To the Sunserra staff** — thank you for your hard work setting up and tearing down the event venue, and for helping minimize the disruption to our community in the process.

**To our local businesses** — thank you for bearing with the extra crowds and disruption these events bring. And thank you, too, for being honest with us about the challenges — we take that feedback seriously, and it’s part of how we make each event better than the last.

**To our volunteers and vendors** — thank you for the time and energy you gave behind the scenes to make this event run smoothly and feel special.

At GCBA, we don’t put our name on anything unless we believe it can be extraordinary. We’re not perfect, and we never will be — but we hold ourselves to a standard of excellence in everything we do, and that means we’re always evolving. What people don’t always see is just how complex these events really are. Flying in talent from across the country, coordinating a concert for up to a thousand people, and running a fireworks show all come with an incredible number of moving parts — and often, changes and challenges pop up right up until the day of the event that require immediate attention behind the scenes. Fireworks in particular depend on a number of factors outside our control, which can affect the exact start and stop time of the show. We always do our very best to stay on schedule, and we’re grateful for your patience and understanding when things shift.

Seeing families, friends, and neighbors — young and old — come together, dance to the music, and look up in awe at the fireworks… that’s why we do this.

Everything we do costs time, effort, and money, and it’s only possible because of the generosity of our sponsors and the support of this incredible community. At the end of the day, we’re rewarded by the smiles on your faces and hopefully, memories that last a lifetime.

Thank you, Crescent Bar. We love this community. 🇺🇸 ❤️
